Presentation System Design

We were enlisted by WBD Creative to create a set of presentation templates to unify the output of the different portfolio teams under one system.

Creating consistency across the organisation whilst retaining the impact and identity of WBD’s different content streams was key.

We created a grid system and set of layout rules that underpin the templates so that every presentation feels like it is from the same family, even when it’s being used by different portfolio teams.

Not only did the system need to work for the different portfolio teams, but it also needed to incorporate pitch presentations, where creative teams pitch work and ideas to internal stakeholders and/or external clients.
